Ben is a first rate Programme Manager, and has led multiple projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from approvals, resourcing, mobilisation, delivery and benefits realisation.

Ben has strong experience in both ICT and Facilities Management/property sectors, in both the private and public sectors.

David is a qualified business psychologist with twenty years’ experience of operating within organisational culture, strategy, design and transformation. He has broad experience across the private sector and both local and central government, having worked closely with organisations in the UK, Australia and Europe.

He specialises in supporting organisations through developing strategies, productive leadership and relationships that are underpinned by well-designed systems, processes and structures.

Project Manager & Communications Specialist

Jane Dadswell

Jane is an experienced Project Manager and Communications specialist with a proven track record of governing a diverse range of mobilisation and re-organisation programmes within central government and the private sector.

She has many years’ experience delivering business improvement projects within front-line operations that have enabled her to develop an exceptional ability to manage stakeholders and build strong relationships to drive change. Jane has also successfully led process improvement projects resulting in leaner, more efficient operations for a number of clients.

Mike Lee

Mike has 7 years’ experience in project/programme management gained from the retail, residential and commercial sectors and has worked for both main contractor and professional consultancy organisations.
He has amassed a wide range of knowledge in the built environment through his degree in architectural engineering and his experience managing projects and national rollout programmes valued up to £46million. He has worked with a number of central government and private sector organisations to deliver change.
Mike is also a Chartered Construction Manager with the MCIOB.

Dave is an accomplished, customer-focused Operations Manager, with experience across both the public and private sector and is an expert in managing cross-functional teams to achieve excellence.

He committed to delivering key business objectives through regular communication, engagement and empowerment, and has exceptional problem solving capabilities, strong analytical skills and a commitment to driving continuous improvement.
